Responsibilities

• • Assist in maintaining accurate financial records and reports
• • Process invoices, receipts, and payments in a timely manner
• • Reconcile bank statements and prepare financial summaries
• • Support the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts
• • Assist with audits and tax preparation as needed
• • Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient financial operations

Requirements

• • A diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• • Proven experience as an Accounts Assistant or similar role
• • Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices
• • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage) and MS Office Suite
• • Excellent organizational and time management skills
• • Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• • Good communication skills, both written and verbal
