Provide day-to-day, facility-level technical assistance to strengthen commodity management and reporting practices

Responsibilities

• Principle Duties & Responsibilities:
• 1) Provide day-to-day technical assistance to assigned health facilities on supply chain management.
• 2) Mentor facility staff on inventory management, ordering, storage, and reporting practices.
• 3) Support facility-level use of the electronic Logistics Management Information System (eLMIS).
• 4) Monitor and report on facility-level performance indicators related to commodity availability and management.
• 5) Implement facility-level components of the Essential Supply Financial Sustainability Approach (ESFSA).
• 6) Identify and escalate commodity availability risks to the Regional Technical Representative.
• 7) Support facility staff in preparation for supervision visits and audits.

Requirements

• • Degree in Pharmacy, Nursing, Supply Chain Management, or Public Healt
• • Minimum 3–5 years of facility-level implementation experience
• • Strong interpersonal and mentorship skills. • Willingness to be embedded/based at assigned health facilities.
