About this role
Responsible for paste backfill process parameter optimization and backfill quality control.
Responsibilities
- Control slurry preparation, binder dosage, pipeline pressure and backfill timing; optimize mix designs based on laboratory results; prevent and address pipeline blockage, segregation and density fluctuation; develop process procedures and improvement plans; coordinate with underground production
Requirements
- Diploma or above in mining/civil/backfill engineering: 3+ years of full-tailings cemented backfill process management; familiar with Slurry preparation, mix transport and pipeline hydraulic transport, able to work mine shifts, gold mine backfill experience preferred.
