Requirements

• 3-5 years’ experience in customer service (building materials / sanitary ware is a plus)
• Excellent communication skills in English (local languages are an advantage)
• Strong knowledge of sanitary ware & accessories
• Proficient in Microsoft Office & CRM/ERP systems
• Customer-focused, detail-oriented & problem solver
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Team player with a positive attitude
