About this role
Responsible for maintenance of mechanical systems on battery-electric underground mining trucks.
Responsibilities
- Maintain chassis, suspension, braking systems, hydraulic host and steering systems, diagnose mechanical faults, manage spare parts and maintenance plans, supervise overhauls, train local mechanics.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above in vehicle engineering or mechanical engineering; 3+ years of mining truck body structure design or maintenance; familiar with heavy hydraulic systems; able to distinguish mechanical from electrical faults.
