Responsibilities

• • Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages and snacks with precision and flair.
• • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café area, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for customers.
• • Engage with customers, providing recommendations and customizing orders to meet their preferences.
• • Handle cash transactions accurately and manage the sales register efficiently.
• • Assist in inventory management, including ordering supplies and tracking stock levels.
• • Collaborate with team members to enhance service quality and improve operational efficiency.

Requirements

• • Minimum of O-Level education; a diploma in hospitality or related field is an advantage.
• • Previous experience as a barista or in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory.
• • Strong communication skills in English and local languages.
• • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• • A passion for coffee and a willingness to learn about different brewing techniques and coffee origins.
