Responsibilities

• • Design and implement creative and seasonal menus that highlight local ingredients.
• • Oversee kitchen operations, ensuring all dishes are prepared to the highest standards and in line with food safety regulations.
• • Manage kitchen staff, including hiring, training, and conducting performance evaluations to foster a positive work environment.
• • Monitor inventory levels, placing orders as necessary to maintain stock and minimize waste.
• • Collaborate with management on pricing strategies and marketing initiatives to drive sales and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• • Proven experience as a Head Chef or in a similar leadership role within a reputable restaurant or hotel.
• • In-depth knowledge of various cooking techniques, ingredients, equipment, and culinary trends.
• • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team effectively.
• • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster a collaborative work environment.
• • Ability to work in a fast-paced setting and handle multiple tasks with attention to detail.
