Responsibilities
- • Identify and reach out to potential customers in designated territories.
- • Educate clients about the benefits and features of solar energy systems.
- • Develop and maintain customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
- • Conduct on-site assessments to determine customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
- • Prepare and deliver engaging sales presentations and proposals.
- • Collaborate with the technical team to ensure successful installation and customer satisfaction.
- • Achieve sales targets and report on sales metrics to management.
- • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
Requirements
- • Proven experience in sales, preferably in renewable energy or related fields.
- • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clients.
- • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- • Basic understanding of solar energy systems and their benefits.
- • Familiarity with local market dynamics and customer preferences in Uganda.
- • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel frequently.
