Responsibilities

• • Greet and seat customers, presenting menus and taking orders promptly.
• • Provide detailed information on menu items, including daily specials and dietary options.
• • Serve food and beverages efficiently, ensuring that all orders are accurate and well-presented.
• • Monitor tables to ensure customer satisfaction, addressing any concerns or requests promptly.
• • Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately, maintaining a balanced cash drawer.

Requirements

• • Minimum of a high school diploma; additional hospitality training is a plus.
• • Proven experience as a waitress or in a similar customer service role.
• • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on customer service.
• • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure.
• • Basic mathematical skills for handling cash and processing payments.
