These individuals will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming atmosphere for clients and visitors while managing various administrative tasks to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. Responsibilities

• • Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a positive first impression of the company.
• • Manage incoming calls and emails, directing them to the appropriate departments.
• • Maintain the reception area, keeping it tidy and organized at all times.
• • Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and processing documents.
• • Support other office staff with various tasks as needed, fostering teamwork and collaboration.

Requirements

• • Minimum of a high school diploma; a degree in administration or related field is a plus.
• • Proven experience in a receptionist or similar role preferred.
• • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and local languages.
• • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and basic office equipment.
• • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
