Responsibilities

• • Oversee daily operations and management of construction sites.
• • Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
• • Coordinate and communicate with subcontractors, suppliers, and stakeholders.
• • Develop and manage project schedules and budgets to ensure timely completion.
• • Conduct regular site inspections and report on progress and challenges.
• • Lead and mentor site staff, fostering a culture of teamwork and accountability.

Requirements

• • Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction management or site supervision.
• • Proven track record of managing construction projects successfully.
• • Strong understanding of building codes, safety regulations, and project management methodologies.
• • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate a diverse team.
