Grinding and Flotation Plant Supervisor

About this role

Responsible for day-to-day production organisation and management of the grinding and flotation plant.

Responsibilities

• Organise shit production across grinding, classification and flotation; monitor process indicators and separation performance; manage equipment and reagent consumption; coordinate personnel; handle production emergencies; control production costs.

Requirements

• Diploma or above in mineral processing; 5+ years of grinding-flotation plant production management, familiar with the full grinding, classification and flotation process; leadership, cost control and interpersonal skills.
