Responsibilities

• • Oversee daily operations to ensure high standards of service and cleanliness.
• • Train, mentor, and motivate staff to achieve performance goals and enhance service delivery.
• • Manage guest relations, addressing complaints and ensuring satisfaction.
• • Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed.
• • Collaborate with management to implement policies and improve operational efficiency.

Requirements

• • Minimum of 3 years experience in hospitality or tourism, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
• • Strong understanding of customer service principles and practices.
• • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• • Proficiency in using hospitality management software and MS Office Suite.
• • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
