Responsibilities

• • Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• • Take food and beverage orders accurately and promptly.
• • Deliver food and drinks to tables in a timely fashion.
• • Provide menu recommendations and answer questions regarding food and beverages.
• • Ensure the cleanliness and organization of dining areas and service stations.
• • Assist with the setup and breakdown of dining areas before and after service.
• • Handle cash and process payments accurately.
• • Address guest complaints and inquiries with professionalism and a positive attitude.

Requirements

• • Proven experience as a waitress or in a similar customer service role.
• • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• • Basic math skills for handling cash and making change.
• • Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
• • Fluency in English; knowledge of local languages is a plus.
