Maids Management Trainee

About this role

Lafab Solutions is looking for a Maids Management Trainee to join our domestic worker management team. The successful candidate will help us source, vet, match, place and manage domestic workers while maintaining strong relationships with both clients and workers. This is a process-driven and customer-focused role. The trainee will use Lafab Solutions' Maids Management System to manage worker records, client requirements, placements, follow-ups, feedback and service issues. The role is ideal for someone who is organised, reliable, proactive, good with people and comfortable using technology.

Responsibilities

• Source and register domestic workers through approved recruitment channels and referrals.
• Maintain accurate and complete domestic worker profiles in the company system.
• Collect and verify relevant worker information, references and required documentation.
• Assess workers' skills, experience, availability and suitability for different households.
• Register and maintain client household requirements.
• Match suitable domestic workers with client needs.
• Support worker placement and onboarding.
• Follow up with clients and workers after placement.
• Monitor worker performance and client satisfaction.
• Respond to client and worker enquiries professionally and promptly.
• Record feedback, complaints and important interactions in the management system.
• Help resolve issues between clients and domestic workers.
• Escalate serious concerns to the supervisor.
• Manage replacement requests and help identify suitable replacement workers.
• Keep worker availability, placement status and other records updated.
• Complete assigned tasks and follow-ups on time.
• Help continuously grow Lafab Solutions' network of reliable domestic workers.
• Identify opportunities to improve the quality and efficiency of the maid management process.

Requirements

• Certificate, Diploma or Degree in any relevant field.
• Good written and spoken English.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good computer literacy.
• Comfortable using smartphones, WhatsApp, email and web-based applications.
• Strong organisation and attention to detail.
• Ability to follow procedures and keep accurate records.
• Good customer-service skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
• Willingness and ability to learn new digital systems quickly.
