About this role
Responsible for management and maintenance of mechanical equipment at the paste backfil plant.
Responsibilities
- Maintain mixers, screw conveyors, slurry pumps and pipelines; supervise mechanical repairs and preventive maintenance; manage wear parts and pipeline replacement; develop maintenance and overhaul plans; respond to equipment failures.
Requirements
- Diploma or above in mechanical engineering: 3+ years of backfil plant mechanical management; familiar with equipment wear pattems, sealing and transmission systems; able to develop maintenance and spare parts plans; gold mine backfil or overseas experience preferred
