Responsible for training local drill rig operators and preparing training materials and standard operating procedures
Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver hydraulic drill nig operation training courses; teach hard-rock/soft-rock drilling parameter adjustment, train in troubleshooting and safe operation; develop operating procedures and assessment standards; provide on-site mentoring; establish skills assessment mechanisms.
Requirements
- Technical secondary school or above; 5+ years of hydraulic drill rig operation; expert in multiple models of hydraulic and medium-deep hole drill rigs; teaching or mentoring experience; strong communication skills
