Responsibilities
- • Perform daily cleaning of guest rooms and public areas to ensure a high standard of cleanliness.
- • Restock items such as toiletries, linens, and amenities in guest rooms and common areas.
- • Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel.
- • Interact with guests in a friendly manner, attending to their requests and needs promptly.
- • Maintain cleanliness of housekeeping carts and storage areas, ensuring organization and efficiency.
Requirements
- • Minimum of 1 year experience in housekeeping or a similar role within the hospitality industry.
- • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards.
- • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with guests and staff.
- • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- • Basic understanding of cleaning products and equipment.
