About this role

Responsible for the design, implementation and interpretation of geophysical surveys to provide a geophysical basis for mineral exploration and mine development

Responsibilities

• Design and conduct induced polarization (IP), magnetic and other geophysical surveys: operate DD-1000 IP instruments, GSM-19T proton precession magnetometers and other equipment: process, invert and interpret geophysical data, prepare geophysical reports and maps; integrate geophysical results with geological mapping and drilling

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above in geophysics/geological exploration; 3+ years of geophysical experience in solid mineral exploration: familiar with IP, magnetic methods and instruments. knowledge of Pix4D, MapG|S and similar software; able to work in the field.
