Responsibilities

• • Identify and engage potential clients in the construction sector.
• • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
• • Present and promote Sevenhires' services to prospective customers.
• • Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and trends.
• • Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals and presentations.
• • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by management.
• • Collaborate with the operations team to ensure client satisfaction and service delivery.
• • Provide regular feedback on market conditions and competitor activities.

Requirements

• • Proven experience in sales, preferably in construction or skilled trades.
• • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
• • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
• • A valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed.
• • Knowledge of the local construction market and industry trends.
