Responsibilities

• • Create a diverse range of high-quality pastries, breads, and desserts that meet our standards of excellence.
• • Manage the daily operations of the bakery, including inventory management, ordering supplies, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
• • Train and mentor junior bakers and pastry staff, fostering a collaborative and creative kitchen environment.
• • Develop new recipes and improve existing ones, staying updated on industry trends and customer preferences.
• • Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain high standards of hygiene and sanitation.

Requirements

• • Proven experience as a Senior Baker or Pastry Chef in a reputable establishment.
• • Strong knowledge of baking techniques and pastry creation, with a portfolio showcasing your work.
• • Excellent time management and organizational skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• • Ability to work collaboratively in a team and lead by example.
• • Strong communication skills in English, with knowledge of local languages being an advantage.
