Responsibilities

• • Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to determine layout specifications.
• • Install piping systems, including water, gas, and waste systems, in accordance with project specifications.
• • Assemble and install valves, fittings, and other components related to piping systems.
• • Conduct testing and inspections to ensure systems are leak-free and functioning properly.
• • Troubleshoot and repair existing piping systems as necessary.
• • Collaborate with other tradespeople, site supervisors, and project managers to ensure timely project completion.

Requirements

• • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a pipe fitter or in a similar role.
• • Relevant technical certifications or vocational training in plumbing or piping systems.
• • Strong knowledge of piping materials, tools, and installation techniques.
• • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics accurately.
• • Good physical condition and stamina, as the role involves manual labor and working in various environments.
