Responsibilities

• • Clean and maintain guest cottages to the highest standards of cleanliness and organization.
• • Assist in setting up and preparing cottages for guest arrivals, ensuring all amenities are stocked and in good condition.
• • Respond promptly to guest requests and concerns, providing excellent customer service to enhance their stay.
• • Conduct regular inspections of cottages and surrounding areas to ensure quality standards are met.
• • Collaborate with the housekeeping and maintenance teams to address any issues that arise promptly.

Requirements

• • Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent.
• • Previous experience in hospitality, housekeeping, or a related field is preferred but not required.
• • Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining cleanliness and organization.
• • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer service.
